GW Rule #30

In walking the highest place in most countries seems to be on the right hand therefore place yourself on the left of him whom you desire to honor: but if three walk together the middle place is the most honorable the wall is usually given to the most worthy if two walk together.

PEEVES

Pay attention to the needs of others, especially for their safety and ease of movement. Be a polite pup.

MADAMA

When in other countries, pay attention to how they walk and on what side.

SANDRA

Generally speaking, it’s polite to let a lady, or elderly person/special needs to walk on the inside next to a building away from a street. It tends to be a safer position for them.
