Be not hasty to believe flying reports to the disparagement of any.

Be careful where your information comes from. Is it gossip? Is it meant to spread stories or to hurt someone?

MADAMA

Lot’s a people want to pass on quick stories before they necessarily know the truth. Be careful you’re not one of them.

SANDRA

Being quick to judgement can also mean that you can get “egg on your face” which means getting embarrassed once the truth comes out. If you easily believe gossip you can also be easy to lie to.
